Welcome to the home page of A.C.A.R.T.S.,
The May meeting has been moved to the Harris Corporation Technical Center at the corner of Cook & Lima Roads. Mark Tritch, KC9GUY, will present a program on the new GOES-16 weather satellite which was launched in November and is currently undergoing testing.
Because of Harris' security requirements, anyone attending must be a member of ACARTS, FWRC, or FWDXA and must register with Joseph Lawrence at email@example.com by May 1.
In addition, there will be an optional tour of the Harris testing facilities. For this, there is a higher level of security and proof of US citizenship, either a birth certificate or a passport will be required. Notify Joseph if you wish to take this tour.
